It’s Time To Enjoy Sex Without Pain
For those having painful sex who are ready to stop dreading intercourse and start feeling pain-free, pleasurable connection through an all encompassing 12 week program.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO PUSH THROUGH PAIN
You know that to be excited instead of fearful of sex, you need to address the pain, discomfort, and tension that keeps sex from being an enjoyable experience.
But there’s a problem…
▶︎ You feel betrayed by your body, like your body is broken, or that it’s “unfixable”.
▶︎ Penetration hurts…yet doctors dismiss you telling you everything looks normal or maybe you just need to “relax”…. (cue eye roll 🙄)
▶︎ Your partner doesn’t get it or you’re afraid to date and you’re feeling pressure to figure it out to save intimacy in your relationships
… or worse, to “push through it”.
▶︎ Your body is tense and locked up, but you have no idea how to release it.
▶︎ You’re overwhelmed, unsure what’s credible, and feeling paralysis on where to even start.
If you're like most women and AFAB people having pain with sex, you're still struggling to figure out how the hell to make it better.
You’ve tried endless googling, internet forums, maybe PT, maybe even Botox, but nothing seems to work.
And let's be real… battling internet rabbit holes and dismissive providers is starting to feel exhausting.
At this point, you may be thinking…
✽ A way to ease this pain and be able to enjoy intercourse.
✽ A way to release this stubborn tension and get out of this anxiety and shutdown loop.
✽ A way to finally feel connected to your body instead of frustrated with it.
Good news >>> There is a way to experience less pain and more pleasure with sex.
YOU CAN FEEL SAFE, IN CONTROL, AND AT HOME IN YOUR BODY.
YOUR PLEASURE IS WAITING.
Imagine what it’ll feel like when:
You’re able to engage in insertion without fear.
You’re able to talk about your body without shame or awkwardness.
You feel empowered and educated when making healthcare or intimacy decisions.
You understand how to actually regulate your nervous system, so that you can quickly respond to any anxiety or fear.
Your muscles are RELAXED not tensed up and closed up.
You actually know what you want & need AND how to communicate it.
You experience no to limited pain with sex and if you notice it coming up, you know exactly what to do to help manage it.
TO GO FROM
Tense
TO
Eased and Relaxed
Yes, it’s actually possible…
TO GO FROM
Pain
TO
Pleasure
TO GO FROM
Feeling Broken
TO
Joy & Connection
Addressing your pelvic, sexual, and mental health together is the most transformative way to turn painful sex into real pleasure.
What it’s like taking the program:
Jenny Y. said -
“I decided to try out the Less Pain, Greater Pleasure Program because of my experience working with Gina in pelvic floor therapy. What I love about working with Gina is that she always creates a supportive, safe space to meet you where you are. The weekly coaching calls felt very therapeutic and open for whatever came up for our small group. The weekly learning videos, readings, and resources also felt open and not prescriptive, and very digestible. Gina always brought new and different perspectives, mindsets, and approaches/strategies to explore. I felt like I could bring my real authentic self to the space without fear of judgment and that whatever I was experiencing was valid.
I appreciated that the program was not just about sex, but about connecting to your body, regulating your nervous system, and figuring out what you actually want (or don't want) and ways to move toward that. What I will take with me is a different way of thinking about pain, sex and sexual activity, desire, and how that is connected to my overall wellness. I'm so grateful for spaces like these, where I can begin to feel more at home in my body.”
Sex Shouldn’t Hurt, Neither Should Healing.
Right now you…
BUT your doctor didn’t help and the social media “sex tips” you followed didn’t work.
_________________________________________
BUT you’re still feeling frustrated, disconnected, and stuck.
_________________________________________
BUT then abandoned PT out of nervousness, overwhelm, or feeling like the provider or clinic was not the right fit
Want to experience enjoyable intercourse without wincing or tensing up….
_________________________________________
You’ve been trying to figure it out on your own— Googling, stretching, dilators, dismissive gyno visits, maybe botox …
_________________________________________
You’re motivated to reduce pain and reclaim pleasure, so you started PT your doctor referred you to…
Don’t blame yourself. It’s a broken system you’ve been stuck in.
▶︎ Assuming this is all a “mental” issue and ignoring the body.
▶︎ Assuming this is a “physical” issue and ignoring the mind.
Common Mistakes:
Healing pelvic pain, especially in relation to sex, is not just doing stretches or using dilators, it requires a whole body approach.
Hi There,
I’m Gina (she/her)
I help those of you having pain with sex, release tension, regulate the nervous system, connect with your body, and reclaim pleasure!
As a pelvic floor occupational therapist, with specialty training in trauma, sex counseling, and the nervous system, I have a deep passion and understanding of how the body functions. I’ve worked with countless women and non-binary people having pain with intercourse. So many of them come to me feeling alone in this journey or like they are broken. So many have also been dismissed of their pain, lied to about sexual health, or never taught it to begin with. This is what drives me.
Yes, I’ve had pain with sex. Yes, I’ve got what I call an anxious pelvic floor. But my real passion comes from trying to combat the neglect and sh*tty messaging society puts on women and the LGBTQIA+ community.
Along with lack of proper pelvic and sexual education out there — shame, trauma, and anxiety, can all lead to greater difficulties with sex.
Long story, short — You’re not broken.
You just need the right tools and support that address your concerns holistically. Tools that consider the whole person, with the nervous system at the forefront. Tools that are evidence-based, trustable, and effective. You can make real lasting change in your sex life and I’m passionate about taking you there.
From a client of mine…
“I have had pelvic floor issues for as long as I can remember and tried many different treatment options. I was always left feeling disappointed, misunderstood, and discouraged. Within my first session with Gina, I felt validated, safe, and finally hopeful. She is extremely knowledgeable and taught me so many things about myself that I did not know. She has supported me through my journey with compassion and patience. Gina offered me a safe space, both physically and emotionally, that helped me make more progress than I’d ever thought possible.”
INTRODUCING…

Medical or physical influences are taken into account, but the whole body is included. The role of the mind-body connection is appreciated.

You can Implement into your daily routine so that you can blend healing with your every day life, and find ways to do that work for YOU.
All delivered in a way that feels safe, inclusive, and human.

What other past clients have said:
“Beyond her clinical expertise, Gina brings a warmth and gentleness that makes it incredibly easy to open up and talk about deeply personal health concerns. She's incredibly sweet and approachable, which made even the most vulnerable conversations feel safe. Her guidance helped me not only recover physically, but also gain a much deeper understanding of how pelvic floor health connects to my overall wellness—emotionally, hormonally, and functionally. I walked away from each session feeling stronger, more informed, and more connected to my own body. I can't recommend her highly enough.”
Taylor:

She creates a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that makes talking about uncomfortable topics feel like you are just making small talk with a friend. All Your Questions Answered
-
I took everything I’d want you to get out of pelvic floor therapy and sex counseling and packed into an easy to follow plan that you can turn back to whenever you need.
This program equips you with all the tools and knowledge to get results and take control of your care, while still getting expert support and community along the way.
It puts the power in your hands and provides you with an accessible toolbox, while still getting live support from a real person.
One week's information in this program is also likely more than you’d fit into one session of pelvic floor therapy. You can then digest it, rewind it, and turn back to it whenever you need to. If I was treating someone in person, I’d honestly refer them to this program to give them greatest chance of success.
Plus you get lifetime access, including any updates!
While I, Gina, am a pelvic floor therapist, this program is strictly education and coaching. Therefore it is not in replacement of medical advice or treatment.
This program also doesn’t have to be an “instead of”, it can be in addition to! The choice is all yours on what feels best for you.
-
Absolutely. I’m in full support of you doing both this program and seeing a pelvic floor therapist in person, if that feels like the best fit for you.
In fact, as a pelvic floor therapist, I would enjoy if my patient had this to turn to in between sessions.
Remember, you’re the captain, we’re just your tour guides. You’re in charge of your care.
-
Absolutely. This program was created for people with vaginismus.
Time and time again I see vaginismus clients who have really just not yet received proper support.
This program is designed to give exactly that. There’s dilator training, but done in a way that centers the nervous system and prepares you BEFORE you start using them. We also go over graded exposure to move at a pace that works for you.
-
Totally. You may find that you don’t need dilators, but the wand is very helpful for you. In terms of trigger point release, this could be where you focus.
It’s set up that you can take either path and follow along accordingly.
Each week, the content and transformations go beyond pain. Outside of addressing the pain you do have, you will:
- Increase confidence in your body and with sex
- Expand on your desire, preferences, and needs
- Be able to better manage stress and anxiety
- Release tension that can lead to numerous pelvic floor symptoms, not just pain
Still unsure or just want to start smaller? You can always start with 1:1 sessions. -
Totally understand that life is busy. All the live calls are recorded so that you can watch them at your convenience!
If you had a topic or question you wanted discussed in the live call, but can’t make the call, you can always send the question to me beforehand for me to discuss and you can watch the answer back in the replay. -
I get it can be hard to commit time to something, even when it’s something valuable to you that you want to invest time into. To help with this:
Content is in bite sized pieces. You can do little bites as you’re able.
It’s organized into a 12 week plan, but you can absolutely take more time and go at your own pace.
You have this for life! So as little as you want to break it down, you will be able to adjust it to your life and routine.
I teach habit stacking and how you can implement the tools into your routine in a functional, attainable way.
It’s a bit front loaded. So there’s more content to digest at first and more practicing and implementing at your own pace after.
If you really feel like now is not the time for you, that’s okay. I’ll be here when you’re ready.
-
Nope! It’s set up that it’s applicable no matter what your relationship status. The pleasurable sex in your goals can be for with yourself, your partner, multiple partners, whoever you choose.
There are specific strategies to use with partners, you can skip these, use with friends, or save them for if a situation arises in the future where you want to include a partner. Also strategies can be applied to sex with others but also masturbation and/or dilator/wand use.
-
I know there can be a lot of anxieties and fears around addressing painful intercourse. The content in this program is trauma informed, optional, and moves at your own pace. If you decide you need to take a few weeks to process and come back, you can absolutely do that. Your content and community will here when you’re ready. You will also have fellow program members available for a supportive community.
-
Everything here is consent-forward. You go at your pace, with tools to self-regulate every step of the way.You will have regulation and grounding tools to maintain safety in you body during release work, and to utilize if something does come up. You will learn these tools and start practicing them before you even start to implement direct release work of the pelvic floor.
Yes, during pelvic work different emotions or memories may come up. Everyone, especially those with significant trauma history, are encouraged to also work with a mental health therapist to process any emotions or memories that arise.
-
You’ve probably tried piecemeal approaches or didn’t have the right fit- Physical therapy without emotional support, or mindfulness without how to actually implement it into your pelvic health.
This program connects it all.
If you complete the program and you still feel like nothing has changed for you, reach out to me and we’ll figure something out.
-
This program addresses pain with vaginal intercourse, no matter the gender. It is designed with cis women and non-binary AFAB people in mind. It does use natal language when applicable with options of alternative language depending on the section, but be mindful of this in your decision.
In reference to gender, there is also an element discussed through the content on how those who have been perceived as women are treated and educated in our society.
If you are a trans woman who has had vaginoplasty, you are likely going to be on a more specific dilator protocol that is unique to you, prescribed by your physician. Tension or pain you experience could be coming from different causes. You could still benefit from a lot of the content, but take this into consideration.
This program is NOT for those with penises. It is specific to vaginal/vulvar pain with insertion.
If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out at hello@anxiouspelvis.com.
