Client Review

“I worked with Gina leading up to, and between, all 3 stages of my phalloplasty journey. This surgery is very physically, mentally, and emotionally draining but Gina was there with me every step of the way. She created such a safe and inclusive environment where we could discuss any fears or issues I was having with support and without judgment. She helped me prepare my body for the upcoming procedures and helped me learn to reconnect with my body after each surgery. It is very important to have a strong support system while going through this process and I am so thankful that Gina was a part of mine.” - Anonymous

 FAQs

  • Absolutely! Any concerns are valid concerns and I’m here to help. Even if you have no noticeable symptoms, you can always do ensure you are practicing optimal pelvic health to prevent symptoms from arising.

After all, prevention is very important!

  • Not at all. You can access these services whether you’ve been formally diagnosed or just know something feels “off”. You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out, that’s what we’ll explore together.

  • If you’re having pain with insertion, you may have noticed the Less Pain Greater Pleasure program. This program is cis-woman centric, but it is accessible to those who are AFAB with natal anatomy engaging in front insertion.

The program uses natal language for anatomy such as “vagina”, “vulva”, and “clitoris”, however it only uses the word “woman” where specifically applicable. So take that information into consideration when you decide if it’s the right fit for you.

For trans women who have had vaginoplasty, a lot of this program would definitely feel helpful, however you likely will have a more specific dilator protocol to follow from your surgeon.

Overall the program covers background education on anatomy and causes to pain (vulvo-vaginal language used), nervous system regulation techniques, desire and sexual communication building, stretches, and trigger point release using hands, pelvic wands, and dilators (some vulvo-vaginal language used).

If you’d like to talk through if this feels like a good fit for you, you can schedule a free introductory call.
