Coaching Programs with YOU at the center

Trauma informed and expert led

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin to address your pelvic wellness?

Whether you’re dealing with painful sex, bladder issues, bowel tension, or chronic pelvic pain, this coaching is a space to get support tailored to your body, your goals, and your nervous system.

What we can work together on:

01 — Painful Vaginal Insertion

Whether it’s during sex, gyno exams, or menstrual products, you should not have to experience pain with insertion (deep or close to the entrance). If this is you, check out our Less Pain, Greater Pleasure Program.

02 — Chronic Pelvic Pain

Pelvic pain can be in the low back, tailbone, genitals, anus….anywhere around there.

03 — Bladder Urgency or Frequency

Feel the need to pee all the time? Feel like you need to run to the bathroom? Maybe you even have a leak on the way there.

04 — Bowel Issues

Does it feel difficult to completely empty your bowels? A lot of straining in the bathroom? Stool is hard or difficult to release? Maybe you’re having loose stool? Stomach pain?

05 — Nervous System Dysregulation

Feel tension that you can’t seem to let go of? Frequently stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed? This can be not only life limiting in itself, but cause pelvic floor troubles as well.

06 — Pelvic Floor Awareness and Coordination

Having a hard time connecting with your pelvic floor? Not sure how to coordinate it with movement or times of high pressure? Many people struggle with this.

07 — Peri-Menopause

Noticing more vulvar and vaginal dryness? Pain with sex? Leaking urine? Mood swings? Hot flashes? Disturbed sleep? Let’s talk about it!

08 — Menstrual Pain

Intense period pain is not normal. Outside of speaking with medical providers to address underlying issues and causes, we can create plans to help reduce and manage pain.

09 — Gender Affirming Care

Whether you’re navigating general pelvic health issues, preparing for a surgery, or recovering from one, you can feel supported every step of the way.

✼ Everyone who does pelvic health coaching is encouraged to also work with their medical team. Pelvic health coaching is not medical advice and does not replace medical treatment.

✼ This is especially helpful for those of you who:

  • Are having difficulty accessing a pelvic floor therapist near you

  • Prefer the flexibility of online support

  • Don’t want to deal with waiting 3+ months to get an appointment

  • Experiencing difficulty making progress with providers you’ve been to

  • Seeking to be feel normal, like your life isn’t taken over by your pelvic symptoms, and want to be empowered towards real results and improved quality of life

“Gina, you are truly a pleasure to work with! Your unique blend of deep knowledge and genuine curiosity was so refreshing. I appreciated how you prioritized my questions, asked thoughtful follow-ups, and expanded the conversation to create a broader, more holistic understanding. You made it easy to connect the dots and see the bigger picture, presenting everything in a way that felt simple, clear, and actionable. Thanks to our session, I left with a strong sense of clarity and concrete steps I could implement right away.”

C.W. -

“I have had pelvic floor issues for as long as I can remember and tried many different treatment options. I was always left feeling disappointed, misunderstood, and discouraged. Within my first session with Gina, I felt validated, safe, and finally hopeful. She is extremely knowledgeable and taught me so many things about myself that I did not know. She has supported me through my journey with compassion and patience. Gina offered me a safe space, both physically and emotionally, that helped me make more progress than I’d ever thought possible.”

N.A. -

“Working with Gina has been unlike any experience I’ve ever had with a provider. She creates a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that makes talking about uncomfortable topics feel like you are just making small talk with a friend. She cares deeply for her patients and her passion for spreading awareness about pelvic health is obvious. She always took my concerns seriously and I never felt dismissed or invalidated. The world needs more providers like Gina.”

Who is this not for:

  • Pelvic health is for everyone. However, my primary focus is on women, non-binary people, and trans people. If you are a cis man looking for support, please see our directory page.

  • My primary focus is on pelvic health issues that stem from the nervous system and daily habits, such as the ones listed above. I do not currently work with leaking with running, or heavy lifting exercise/athletes.

  • This is not in person pelvic floor therapy. You are more than welcome to pair virtual coaching with in person treatment, in fact it can be very beneficial. However, if you are only looking for in person care, this is not for you.

“Working with Gina as my pelvic floor therapist during pregnancy and postpartum was one of the most empowering decisions I made for my health in recent years. From our very first session, it was clear to me that she approaches her work with genuine curiosity and care—always asking thoughtful questions to understand the root causes behind what I was experiencing, rather than just addressing symptoms. She never rushed through our sessions, and her ability to truly listen made me feel seen and supported at a time when so much was changing in my body and life.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Gina brings a warmth and gentleness that makes it incredibly easy to open up and talk about deeply personal health concerns. She's incredibly sweet and approachable, which made even the most vulnerable conversations feel safe. Her guidance helped me not only recover physically, but also gain a much deeper understanding of how pelvic floor health connects to my overall wellness—emotionally, hormonally, and functionally. I walked away from each session feeling stronger, more informed, and more connected to my own body. I can't recommend her highly enough.

While I worked with Gina during a very specific chapter—pregnancy and postpartum—I was constantly impressed by the breadth of her knowledge and the thoughtful, adaptable way she responded to my evolving needs. It’s clear that she draws from deep expertise to support clients with a wide range of pelvic floor challenges. Just because she helped me so profoundly in one context doesn’t mean her skills are limited to that—she has the insight and flexibility to meet people wherever they are in their journey. Highly recommend my sessions with Gina!”

“Working with Gina has been incredibly helpful during my pregnancy journey! Gina is very attentive, makes every session personable and specific to what my needs are that week, and offers her support in between sessions as well if I ever have questions. I have already felt improvement in my breathing exercises, bladder control and stretches, and have gained a new outlook on controlling my bladder and breathing techniques. Gina is fantastic and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a pelvic floor expert, especially during pregnancy. She will ease your anxiety and make you feel comfortable throughout your pelvic floor journey!! Thank you, Gina!”
