It’s Time To Experience Pleasure

For those experiencing vaginal pain with sex who want to get back to enjoying it.

YOU LOVE THE IDEA OF PAIN-FREE INTIMACY.

And you know that to be excited instead of fearful of sex, you need to address the pain, discomfort, and tension that keeps sex from being an enjoyable experience.

But there’s a problem…

→ You frequently feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stressed, with minimal tools to manage this.

→ You can’t figure out how to let go of the tension in your muscles, keeping things too tight.

→ You’re having a hard time communicating your needs with your partner(s).

→ You feel disconnected to your body, including preferred touch and desires.

→ And lastly, you're not currently finding support that feels right for you.

If you're like most women and AFAB people having pain with sex, you're still struggling to figure out how the hell to make it better.

Let's face it… battling internet rabbit holes and dismissive providers is starting to feel exhausting.

At this point, you may be thinking, "There's got to be a better way."

✽ A way to ease this pain and be able to enjoy intercourse.

✽ A way to release this stubborn tension and anxiety.

✽ A way to finally feel connected to your body instead of frustrated with it.

Good news >>> There is a way to experience less pain and more pleasure with sex.

YOU CAN ENJOY SEX WITHOUT FEAR OF PAIN.

YOUR PLEASURE IS WAITING.

Imagine what it’ll feel like when:

You’re able to engage in insertion with sexual activity with ease.

Your body has released tension, jaw is unclenched, pelvic floor is relaxed.

You can notice and actively respond to stress to regulate your nervous system.

You can easily communicate your wants and needs with partners for a pleasurable experience.

You actually know what you want and have a deeper connection to your desires.

You experience no to limited pain with sex and if you notice it coming up, you know exactly what to do to help manage it.

Joy & Connection

Addressing your pelvic, sexual, and mental health together is the most transformative way to turn painful sex into real pleasure.

Hi There,
I’m Gina (she/her)

I help those of you having pain with sex, release tension, regulate the nervous system, connect with your body, and reclaim pleasure!

As a pelvic floor occupational therapist, with specialty training in trauma, sex counseling, and the nervous system, I have a deep passion and understanding of how the body functions. I’ve worked with countless women and non-binary people having pain with intercourse. So many of them come to me feeling alone in this journey or like they are broken. So many have also been dismissed of their pain, lied to about sexual health, or never taught it to begin with. This is what drives me.

Yes, I’ve had pain with sex. Yes, I’ve got what I call an anxious pelvic floor. But my real passion comes from trying to combat the neglect and sh*tty messaging society puts on women and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Along with lack of proper pelvic and sexual education out there — shame, trauma, and anxiety, can all lead to greater difficulties with sex.

Long story, short — You’re not broken.

You just need the right tools and support that address your concerns holistically. Tools that consider the whole person, with the nervous system at the forefront. Tools that are evidence-based, trustable, and effective. You can make real lasting change in your sex life and I’m passionate about taking you there.

From a client I’ve worked with using these methods…

I have had pelvic floor issues for as long as I can remember and tried many different treatment options. I was always left feeling disappointed, misunderstood, and discouraged. Within my first session with Gina, I felt validated, safe, and finally hopeful. She is extremely knowledgeable and taught me so many things about myself that I did not know. She has supported me through my journey with compassion and patience. Gina offered me a safe space, both physically and emotionally, that helped me make more progress than I’d ever thought possible.

INTRODUCING…

HERE’S A SNEAK PEEK!

1. Understand

Understand why you might be experiencing pain, the parts of your body, and how they function in relation to sex.

After finishing this essential, you’ll understand:

  • The connection of your symptoms to stress, anxiety, trauma, and shame

  • Other medical influences that could be at play

  • Where the pelvic floor is and what it does

  • The parts of the vulva and the clitoris (heads up— the clit is way more than than the little bean you see)

  • Your definition of sex

  • What goes into pleasure & arousal

2. Breathe

Breathing is not overrated. It’s powerful and it’s something you’re doing everyday. Make sure it’s working for you, not against you so that you can use it to your advantage!

After finishing this essential, you’ll:

  • Recognize your natural or automatic breathing patterns

  • Be able to use your breath to decrease anxiety, stress, and feelings of overwhelm

  • Connect your breath with your pelvic floor to release tension and increase blood flow for less pain and more arousal

  • Implement breathing into daily routines and pair it with other strategies

3. Regulate

My favorite essential…regulating your nervous system. Your nervous system is your control center, so let’s learn how to take control of it!

After finishing this essential, you’ll:

  • Be able to manage your stress cycle to decrease anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Be able to regulate your nervous system so that you can release tension, decrease your pain response, and improve the ability to receive pleasure

  • Be able to ground yourself during pelvic floor practices or sex so that you can better feel safe and at ease

  • Have a tangible toolbox you can pull from to regulate and ground yourself daily and in moments of stress

4. Trigger Point Release

Trigger points can be tight, hyper-irritable, tender spots on your muscles that can contribute to painful sex.

After finishing this essential, you’ll:

  • Be able to self release trigger points on your pelvic floor PLUS on other areas of the body that impact your pelvic health

  • Confidently use a pelvic wand for self release to ease pain and tension internally and externally

  • Confidently use dilators for trigger point release and mind-body connection to be more comfortable with increasing amounts of width and depth

  • Be equipped with options of pelvic tools and better know which may be a good fit for you

  • Have a toolbox of options to choose from that best fit YOU for your needs and comfortability

5. Stretch & Connect

Continue to release tension and further the connection with pelvic floor and whole body.

After finishing this essential, you’ll:

  • Have a bank of pelvic floor stretches to pull from to release pelvic tension and connect with the body

  • Gain increased awareness to body sensations, tension holding, and connection to not just the pelvic floor but areas like your jaw, belly, booty and more

  • Be at ease in restorative positions and through guided meditation

6. Healthy Habits

Successfully implement habits and have a routine to support your pelvic and sexual health.

After finishing this essential, you’ll:

  • Implement habits in a way that is attainable and practical

  • Practice proper hydration and hygiene to support your pelvic and sexual health

  • Be in the know on what products can be helpful vs harmful to put down there

  • Have a routine with what works best for you in way that is sustainable for you

7. Self-Discovery

Redefine how you think of sex and discover your desires. Insertion is still on the table, but when we incorporate the senses and bring in exploration, your body will better receive pleasure and drop pain.

After finishing this essential, you’ll:

  • Recognize what activates your breaks to want to stop intimacy

  • Explore your body sensations, preferred touch, & what accelerates your desire

  • Expand your palate of options towards pleasure

  • Practice and be able to accept actually pleasure!

8. Communication

Build communication skills to best advocate for yourself and fulfill your needs and wants.

After finishing module one, you’ll:

  • Be able to better know and ask for what you really want and need

  • Have language and tools to express your needs and negotiate your preferences

  • Know how to create a safe space for communication, continuous consent, and support for before, during, and after intimacy

What past clients have said:

“Beyond her clinical expertise, Gina brings a warmth and gentleness that makes it incredibly easy to open up and talk about deeply personal health concerns. She's incredibly sweet and approachable, which made even the most vulnerable conversations feel safe. Her guidance helped me not only recover physically, but also gain a much deeper understanding of how pelvic floor health connects to my overall wellness—emotionally, hormonally, and functionally. I walked away from each session feeling stronger, more informed, and more connected to my own body. I can't recommend her highly enough.”

Taylor:

“Working with Gina has been unlike any experience I’ve ever had with a provider. She creates a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that makes talking about uncomfortable topics feel like you are just making small talk with a friend. She cares deeply for her clients and her passion for spreading awareness about pelvic health is obvious. She always took my concerns seriously and I never felt dismissed or invalidated. The world needs more passionate professionals like Gina.”

YOU’RE READY TO COMBAT PAIN AND ENJOY SEX IF…

>> You're a woman or AFAB person who wants to experience enjoyable, connected sex, preferably without wincing, tensing up, or powering through it just to “get it over with.”

>> You’ve been trying to figure it out on your own—Googling, stretching, dilators, dismissive gyno visits, maybe botox —but you’re still feeling frustrated, disconnected, and stuck.

>> You’re motivated to reduce pain and reclaim pleasure because you know it will mean more confidence in your body, more ease in intimacy, and feeling more connected to yourself and to partners.

>> You’re willing to show up with curiosity, and give yourself the space and commitment to change what hasn’t been working—so you can finally feel good in your body and in bed.

** PLUS there’s a good chance you also have had pain or difficulty with menstrual products, or gyno exams…imagine if you could comfortably insert menstrual products of your choice and be able to get PAP smears with ease (as much ease as PAP smears can be that is).

More words from past clients:

“Working with you felt safe and supportive. I felt truly heard during each session. What stood out most was your calm, caring approach and how comfortable you made it to talk about something so personal.” - Nadia

“Gina, you are truly a pleasure to work with! Your unique blend of deep knowledge and genuine curiosity was so refreshing. I appreciated how you prioritized my questions, asked thoughtful follow-ups, and expanded the conversation to create a broader, more holistic understanding. You made it easy to connect the dots and see the bigger picture, presenting everything in a way that felt simple, clear, and actionable. Thanks to our session, I left with a strong sense of clarity and concrete steps I could implement right away.” - Christine

All Your Questions Answered

  • While I, Gina, am a pelvic floor therapist, this program is strictly education and coaching. Therefore it is not in replacement of medical advice or treatment. However, this program equips you with all the tools and knowledge to get results and take control of your care in your own hands, while still getting expert support through live calls and the community group.

I created this to be able to give people greater access to valuable information (especially for those who don’t have access to a pelvic floor therapist) and provide you with a thorough understanding of pelvic and sexual health. It puts the power in your hands and provides you with an accessible toolbox, while still getting live support from a real person.

One week's information in this program is also likely more than you’d fit into one session of pelvic floor therapy. You can then digest it, rewind it, and turn back to it whenever you need to. You get lifetime access, including any updates!

This program also doesn’t have to be an “instead of”, it can be in addition to! The choice is all yours on what feels best for you.

  • Absolutely. I’m in full support of you doing both this program and seeing a pelvic floor therapist in person, if that feels like the best fit for you.

In fact, as a pelvic floor therapist, I would enjoy if my patient had this to turn to in between sessions.

Remember, you’re the captain we’re just your tour guides. You’re in charge of your care.

  • This program addresses pain with vaginal intercourse, no matter the gender. It is designed with cis women and non-binary AFAB people in mind. It does use natal language when applicable with options of alternative language depending on the section, but be mindful of this in your decision.

In reference to gender, there is also an element discussed through the content on how those who have been perceived as women are treated and educated in our society.

If you are a trans woman who has had vaginoplasty, you are likely going to be on a more specific dilator protocol that is unique to you, prescribed by your physician. Tension or pain you experience could be coming from different causes. You could still benefit from a lot of the content, but take this into consideration.

This program is NOT for those with penises. It is specific to vaginal/vulvar pain with insertion.

If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out at hello@anxiouspelvis.com.

  • Totally understand that life is busy. All the live calls are recorded so that you can watch them at your convenience! :)

If you had a topic or question you wanted discussed in the live call, but can’t make the call, you can always send the question to me beforehand for me to discuss and you can watch the answer back in the replay.

  • I get it can be hard to commit time to something, even when it’s something valuable to you that you want to invest time into. To help with this:

    • Content is in bite sized pieces. You can do little bites as you’re able.

    • It’s organized into a 12 week plan, but you can absolutely take more time and go at your own pace.

    • You have this for life! So as little as you want to break it down, you will be able to adjust it to your life and routine.

    • I teach habit stacking and how you can implement the tools into your routine in a functional, attainable way.

    • It’s a bit front loaded. So there’s more content to digest at first and more practicing and implementing at your own pace after.

  • Nope! It’s set up that it’s applicable no matter what your relationship status. The pleasurable sex in your goals can be for with yourself, your partner, multiple partners, whoever you choose.

  • I know there can be a lot of anxieties and fears around addressing painful intercourse. The content in this program is trauma informed, optional, and moves at your own pace. If you decide you need to take a few weeks to process and come back, you can absolutely do that. Your content and community will here when you’re ready. You will also have fellow program members available for a supportive community.

  • Yes. You must be 18 years or older to access this program.
