Pelvic Health Support for the Body and Mind

Helping people with pelvic pain, anxiety, and painful sex find relief through education, coaching, and community—without the overwhelm.

Right now, our main focuses are on painful sex, but future offerings will cover bladder and gut health, too!

For people with pelvic pain and anxiety who are ready to take control of their pelvic wellness.

Simple, everyday strategies to reduce and prevent issues with bladder, bowel, pelvic pain, and sexual health.

We help people with vulvas—women and nonbinary folks—find relief from painful sex and pelvic tension. While current programs focus on this group, we recognize that pelvic health affects everyone and may expand offerings in the future.

Let’s be real: pelvic floor dysfunction, sex, peeing, pooping, and anxiety aren’t exactly dinner table conversations—yet they should be!

Okay well maybe not pooping at the dinner table, but at The Anxious Pelvis, we’re breaking the silence around pelvic, sexual, and mental health. Whether you’re here for education, practical strategies, or to reduce pelvic tension and pain, you’re in the right place.

Raise your hand if any of this sounds familiar:

  • bullet-icon You often feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or worried.
  • bullet-icon Managing stress feels like a constant struggle.
  • bullet-icon Your muscles often feel tense, especially in your pelvic region.
  • bullet-icon You notice tightness or tension in your hips or lower back.
  • bullet-icon Sex has become painful or uncomfortable.
  • bullet-icon Constipation, bloating, or digestive issues are part of your daily life.
  • bullet-icon You have frequent urges to rush to the bathroom (or don’t make it in time).
  • bullet-icon You experience frequent urinary tract infections (UTIs) or discomfort when urinating.

Believe it or not, these symptoms could all be linked to how stress and anxiety affect your pelvic health!

Anxiety, gut issues, sexual difficulties, pelvic pain, urinary urgency… these can be confusing to navigate with seemingly little support that actually helps.

It’s time to put an end to the overwhelm and confusion that comes with getting help and instead:

Not have to even think about peeing and pooping because they’re things that just come easily

Not have to worry about dating or your relationship due to sexual concerns

Not have to live in pain every day worrying if it will ever get better.

I’m Gina, a pelvic floor therapist with specialized training in sex counseling, trauma, and nervous system regulation. I’m an Occupational Therapist at my core, meaning I value looking at the whole person and creating solutions that consider all facets of health. While I don’t provide therapy through this company, I do offer coaching and education so that you have the power and tools to live a life no longer disrupted by pelvic concerns tied to stress, pain, or nervous system dysregulation.

I started The Anxious Pelvis because I saw a huge gap in access to this kind of support and information. I want this to be a space where you feel seen, supported, and informed so that you can find real relief.
