Patient Testimonials & Reviews
“Gina is so kind and caring. She personalized my care for exactly what I needed each time I came in to see her. When I started, I was afraid of pelvic floor therapy and the unknown, and now, because Gina was able to explain everything to me and allow me to be a huge part of my own care, I was able to fully become comfortable with my therapy. I learned so much from Gina and I was able to transfer my knowledge that I learned about my own body and new important pelvic floor strengthening techniques, and transfer that into my day-to-day work as a labor nurse. Gina was also great at helping relieve my pain in various areas of my body with massage, exercises, meditation and stress relief techniques. She is well educated in many different areas for healing the body and I loved how holistic her approach was to my care. I also loved that I could see Gina on Telehealth when I needed to and still benefit from her practices in both OT and pelvic floor therapies. I highly recommend Gina for all your anxious pelvis needs.” - G. M.
“Gina is unbelievably incredible at what she does! I have tried many pelvic floor PTs and I never fully understood the difference between that and OT but oh boy it was exactly the difference I’d been looking for! She is SO intentional and helped me understand things I thought I knew in a different way that was so much easier to integrate into my normal life and understanding of my body. The work we did with my pelvic floor and deep core (which again, id been trying to work on with several others for years) helped me SO MUCH! Not to mention feeling so safe with her in her kind and caring and trauma informed ways. 💛 I am truly so grateful to her and blown away by how helpful she has been for me. If you’re even considering looking for someone to help with any pelvic floor support, look no further!!” - C. B.
