Holistic & Whole Body
Actually Trauma-Informed
Specialized
Individualized
You’re never brushed off to another therapist or aide.
Evaluations are 90 minutes, to allow a thorough intake process and the initiation of treatment on day 1.
Follow ups are a full hour, not 50 minutes.
Appointments are never scheduled back to back, you will never feel rushed out the door.
Care is customized to treat your needs.
Gina is certified in trauma informed care, and uses her occupational therapy lens to address the whole body & system - including your muscles, nervous system, sensory system, environment, history, identity and more.
Sometimes treatment includes movement, trigger point release, or body work; but it can also include mental health approaches, neuro-based techniques, consent advocacy and autonomy skill trainin.

We do provide superbills upon request that you can submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement, depending on your plan. Coaching services are not eligible for superbills.
Payment can also be made with FSA and HSA cards.
We offer limited spaces for sliding scale. If you require sliding scale, please email us.
All of our updated prices can be seen on our booking page.
Additionally — your plan of care is to get you to your goals in an effective, timely manner. We provide expert care that is specific to your needs and we equip you with the skills to maintain and continue to improve your pelvic health at home. We believe in quality over quantity.
